Springtime Joy - Easter Greetings

I saw a similar card to this but I am sorry, I don't know who to give credit to. White on white with a little pop of color is so pretty in the springtime.🌸🌷 I am loving the warmer weather where we are. Soon it will be too hot but doors are open for now.

This is really an easy, quick card to make. To start, I used Thick Whisper White (now Basic White) 4 1/4" x  11", scored at 5 1/4". I folded the card and burnished with a bone folder.

With Basic White cardstock, 2"x 5" piece, I ran it through the Stampin Cut and Embossing Machine using the Wrapped in Texture Embossing Folder. I used the weave pattern. (You can also use the Mini Stampin' Cut and Embossing Machine for this card).  I adhered it to the white cardstock with Multipurpose Liquid Glue. I took a strip of Purple Posy cardstock 3/8" x 5" and adhered it adjoining the embossed white piece.

I took a piece of white cardstock and cut a circle with the Layering Circles, about the 2 1/4" size.  In Purple Posy cardstock, I cut out with the coordinating size scalloped Layering Circle.  It is hard to see in the picture and I think the gold hoop takes away from it.  I believe if I was mailing these cards, I would leave the hoop off.

I stamped the bunny from the Springtime Joy stamp set (Jan - Jun 2021 Mini Catalog) in Tuxedo Black ink and colored using SU Stampin Blends in Highland Heather (light and dark), Petal Pink, Flirty Flamingo and Just Jade.  I adhered the white circle to the Purple Posy scalloped circle with glue and glued the Gold Hoop Embellishment.  I used just a few dots of glue.  I put it aside to dry.

Next I punched the solid oval using the Double Oval punch with a piece Highland Heather cardstock. With Versamark, I stamped my sentiment (in this case, it was from the retired Fable Friends stamp set). I sprinkled the white embossing powder, tapped off the excess and set it with the Heat Tool.  I then punched the larger scalloped oval on that punch using a piece of Purple Posy cardstock.  I adhered the sentiment piece to the scalloped piece with glue.  Then I used Stampin' Dimensionals to pop the sentiment onto the card.

I glued the bunny onto the card.  If I decide not to use the hoop, I would probably use Dimensionals to adhere it.  To finish up, I added three Champagne Rhinestone Basic Jewels.

For the inside, I added a Purple Posy mat 4" x 5 1/4" and glued it to the white base.  The inner white piece is 3 3/4" x 5".  I stamped the sentiment in Highland Heather ink from the Springtime Joy stamp set.  In black ink, I stamped the bunnies from the Oval Occasions stamp set (Jan - Jun 2021 Mini Catalog) and colored using the same Stampin' Blends.  There is an Oval Occasions bundle which includes both the stamp set and Double Oval punch and you can save 10%.

Don't forget to give your envelope some love too.  ❤️
