Butterfly Brilliance - thank you

I created another card during my FB live featuring the newly released Butterfly Brilliance Collection.  The stamp set and dies will be available in the new annual catalog 2021-2022 but the Designer Series Paper and Neutral Paper is only available for a limited time.

Calypso Coral cardstock 4 1/4" x 11", scored at 5 1/2"
Basic Black Mat 4" x 5 1/4"
Piece of Basic Black for butterfly
Butterfly Bijou DSP design in Calypso Coral  1 1/5" x 5"
Butterfly Bijou DSP butterfly design that coordinates with large die
Basic White strip  2 1/4" x 5"
Basic White piece 5" x 6"
Basic White 4" x 5 1/4" (for inside)
Scrap of Calypso Coral and Basic White for sentiment

First I took the large Butterfly Stamp (it fits on the largest clear block "F") from the Butterfly Brilliance Stamp set and using black ink stamped it on the strip of white paper.  Be sure to have paper underneath as a large part of the stamp with not fit on the white piece.  I took a Blending Brush and with Calypso Coral ink, I brushed some ink on the butterflies.

Next, I adhered the Calypso Coral DSP design piece onto the black mat with Multipurpose Liquid Glue.  I attached the white piece with butterflies on the other side.  I took the Calypso Coral card base, folded it in half and burnished it with the bone folder.  I adhered the DSP/Butterfly piece onto the coral base with glue.

I then took the large butterfly stamp again, and with black ink stamped the whole stamp onto the larger basic white piece.  Using the large Brilliant Wings die that matches the stamp, I ran the white stamped piece through the Stampin Cut and Embossing Machine.

This gave me six individual stamped butterflies.  I chose the one I wanted and put the others aside.  I then took the butterfly DSP and with the same die, cut out the butterflies, giving me 6 colored butterflies.

I put the remaining butterflies aside to use elsewhere.

Then I matched the individual butterfly die to my chosen butterfly for the card and ran that through the cutting machine with the black cardstock.  I made sure all the little pieces were punched out.

The I took my stamped butterfly and colored it with Calypso Coral stamping blends.  I adhered the black cut out butterfly piece over the now colored butterfly in the center using Glue Dots.  I attached the whole butterfly to my card using Glue Dots, just in the center again so that the wings lift up.

Then I attached the coral colored butterfly (from the DSP) to the card over the matching butterfly with Glue Dots (again center only to lift the wings a little for dimension).

Finally, I stamped my greeting on the small white piece and matted it with a piece of Calypso Coral.  The greeting is from Itty Biity Greetings stamp set.  I applied this to the card using Stampin Dimensionals.  To finish off the card, I added some coral looking embellishments that I had in my stash of "bling".

For the inside, I added a strip of the coral DSP to the white cardstock.  I took one of the smaller butterflies that was cut out and colored it to match my card.  With glue, I adhered it to the white card and then adhered the whole piece to the Calypso Coral cardstock.

Don't forget to give your envelope so love too!
